March 2010 was discovered in school by one of Music Capitol Records producers, Cedric Berry. Credic quickly saw the potential in Dillon and wanted him to go meet another one of the company’s producers Douglas Mersier. Cedric and Doug knew then that they could work with Dillon and mold him into the outstanding artist they envisioned him to be.

Music Capitol Records LLC “MCR”,was established in 2006 by Cedric Berry and Douglas Mersier. Theconception of MCR came after a visit to Detroit’s Hitsville USA.The two were inspired by Motown’s spirit of love and ambition to make great music that would eventually change the world.
